Machines...

Hoyehhh! Aku nak citer pasal gym lagik nih! Jangan bohsan laaa yea... Aku kan dalam misi menjalani kehidupan yang sihat dan kuat... Wieeehehehe....


Arini ada sedikit kelainan yang aku buat kat gym tu... Kalau selalunya aku cuma berlarian 6++ km atas treadmill jer kan... But today i didnt even touched the TM... Stakat kupandang2 dan kujeling2 ajer TM tu! Akakaka... Cian dia...


Instead, I worked on the exercise machines seperti yang telah di advised oleh instructor cum fitness trainer aku... Dia dah setkan exercise program yang sesuai dgn umur, tahap kesihatan dan fizikal aku... So, aku tinggal follow jelah as per her advise... In 2 months time, dia akan revise balik program tu whether to add or to remove anything from the existing one...


Most of the machines yang dia listkan tu are basically emphasizing on strengthening the upper body parts... Aku yg ckp kat dia badan aku especially my back is always in pain... I told her about the accident that happened to me some few years back and that might be the cause of my serious back pain...


So, based on the input that i've given her, she set up a program yang aku boleh buat semampunya... Hopefully from time to time, my back pain will be gone! Alhamdulillah berkesan jugak sebenarnya... Dah tak kronik macam dulu dah sakit kat urat belikat aku ni... Kalau dulu macam nak menangis kalau kena picit tang situ...


My instructor tu cakap kat aku dont over do it... If u feel awkward after doing the exercise, u must stop inmediately and let the pain stops... Some people have no knowledge on how to work with the exercise machines and they just simply do whateva they thought is right for them... That ia not the right way to do it... U must seek for professional advise and follow their instructions.... Jangan nak memandai2 taik kuda tau! Hehehehe...

Believe it or not, u might injured yourself if the method u are doing is wrong! In the end, dari nak healthy terus jadik seksa diri! Apa taknyer... Buatnya terkoyak tissue ke or worst case broken bones ker, sapa yang susah yea tak?!


Owh, lepas berhempas pulas dari satu machine to another, aku rasa macam KUAT giler pulak! Ingatkan lepas tu KO and kena rest sebelum sambung masuk class aerobic tapi lain pulak jadiknya... Hahahaha... Ntah yea ntah tidak kuatnya tataulah... Ntah2 psychology je kot!

But anyway, janji apa yg ada dlm otak aku makes me feel much stronger! Sebab tu laa lepas tu aku boleh rilex jer mengayuh 16 laps for about 4 km and burnt 250 calories some more... Haaaa! Tak ker Giler babas kuat tu! Kalah badang camni! Hahahaha...
