Gym time!

Semalam aku coti from going to the gym... Its not that i purposedly absent from going there but i had to stay at home with my sick baby girl for the whole day yesterday...

Yupe, yesterday she was absent from skul too due to the illness... But she has got back on her feet again and already went to the skul this morning... Yippie!!



Therefore, it's time for me to work out at the gym while both my kiddos were at skul... Sehari cuti semalam rasa cam rugi sesangat tapi kesihatan anak haruslah diutamakan....

Mak dah lama hidup kat dunia ni kan.... Anak tu pulak baru nak mengenal erti hidup... So, priorities are always for the kids! Am i right?!



So arini aku balas dendam berlari bersungguh2 atas TM tu... Pastu aku took a short break before worked out again.... Memang bersemabgat WAJA okeh! Hahahaa...

Alhamdulillah dapatlah jugak aku completekan 4 km running, 2.64 km walking and another 10km cycling.... Total calories burnt about 610.... Huhuhu....

Gila mencurah2 peluh aku! Macam hujan ok! Berpeluh luar dalam! Tapi setakat banyak tu aje calories yang telah berjaya dibakar! Fuhhh ingatkan dapat ler beribu ribu riban lemon! Huahuahua....

Bayangkan it took me about one and a half hour to do all these and burnt that much calories while a piece of croissant contains 290 calories! Korang rasa baper lama agaknya amik masa nak makan sebijik croissant tu? Adakah setengah jam? Huhuhu....

No matter what, i shall not get myself so tensed worrying to much about this and i must always think positive to stay fit and healthy!
