For the first day today aku ke gym! Bukan buat lawatan sambil belajar yea kengkawan semua... Ape kes nak melawat gym plaks! Actually last week aku dah signed up myself at Well-Come Fitness & Spa... Wieee!!

I've been wanting to do this for so long actually... I mean going to the gym and do some exercise as my routine activity... Sejak dok kat cph ni memang tak pernah pun nak berexercise... Apa lagi nak buat exercise yang betul2 proper... Never ok... Huhuhu...
Dulu masa kat saudi, twice a week aku joined badminton club... Main badminton dengan kawan2 for 2 or more hours per session... It was so much FUN!! Tapi sejak dtg sini memang yilek! Exercise ke mana, apa pun ke mana... Balik2 makan... makan... makan... Huhuhu...
I've made a promise to myself to start doing the exercise when alyssa has started skuling... Sebelum ni ada hati la jugak nak berexercise... but how was i going to enjoy myself if all the time she was with me kan...
Sebab tu lah dia start aje gi skul, aku pun tanpa berlengah lagi terus daftar kat gym... Semangat ok!!
So today's my first day at the gym... Supposedly aku joined BodyPuls program @ 9.15am but i came 10 mins late and they had already started the class... So, i decided to work on the threadmill on my own instead...
Managed to walk for 5.04 km for almost 50 mins... I chose to walk rather than terus jogging atas threadmill tu sebab aku tak nak muscles aku terkujat dog... Ari pertama i know that i should start slowly and dont push myself too hard...

Actually korang jangan salah paham ok... Aku bukan jalan lenggang kangkung tau... Aku jalan laju macam org lumba jalan kaki tu.... So, from 5.04 km of walking, i managed to burn 346 calories... Oklah tu ek! Hehehe...

After i was done with my 5km walk, i was then jumped onto the exercise bike and cycled for another 10km to burn some more calories...
At this point aku bukan rasa penat pun tapi lagi kuat dan bersemangat... Peluh tok sah cakap laa... Macam hujan gerimis! Hehehe...
Glad that i did the warm up walk on the threadmill earlier on... If i were to do the hard one first, kompem aku KONDEM pastuh! Hahaha...


I've set up my mind that i should never ever loose the spirit... Have to keep on motivating myself to be disciplined thus, be healthy! If i dont do this to myself, no one else can do that for me...
